Migodi software

Summary

When I joined Migodi, one of my first challenges was to reshape how the company presented itself. The existing brand and website no longer reflected the ambition or innovation of the business. My focus was on creating a cohesive visual identity that could speak to both industry leaders and everyday users - one that felt modern, trustworthy, and aligned with Migodi’s role in the Bitcoin and blockchain space.

Execution

I directed the rebranding of the website, building out Figma design systems, refining layouts, and collaborating closely with developers to ensure that every visual element translated seamlessly into a working platform. The rebrand was more than a facelift - it was about defining a clear tone of voice and creating a digital space that matched Migodi’s growing influence.

Alongside the digital work, I was responsible for one of Migodi’s biggest industry appearances: BTC MENA 2024. This event was crucial for positioning the company at the forefront of the regional crypto-mining and blockchain community. From booth design and layout to branded marketing materials, I organised and coordinated every detail. Managing this project required balancing creative vision with logistics, ensuring Migodi made a memorable impact on the conference floor.

Impact

Beyond events and digital identity, my role extended into creating presentations, proposals, and pitch decks that combined both content and design. These materials supported joint ventures, partnerships, and marketing strategies - ensuring that the company’s story was communicated clearly and persuasively.

I also contributed to the strategic layer: drafting marketing plans, exploring joint ventures, and supporting budget control and risk management. My approach was always to link the creative with the operational, making sure that design decisions aligned with broader business goals.

Reflection

This project was a turning point for me as both a designer and coordinator. It required me to balance creative direction with project management, moving fluidly between shaping visual identity, managing technical workflows, and orchestrating large-scale event execution. The experience highlighted my ability to bring clarity and structure to ambitious projects while keeping creativity at the core.
